About M2N.IO

We help engineering orgs become agent-ready

Two decades of enterprise delivery discipline, now pointed at one problem: getting AI agents to actually land in your engineering team — and levelling up the people around them. Founded and run by Mabroor Ahmed.

Our story

M2N.IO exists to close one gap: the distance between talking about AI agents and actually getting them running safely inside a real engineering organisation.

Founder Mabroor Ahmed spent two decades shipping and securing software in large, high-stakes organisations — delivering for the likes of KIA, Hyundai and Sainsbury's, where a bad release makes the news. That work made one thing obvious: the teams that succeed with new technology aren't the ones with the flashiest demos — they're the ones with the delivery discipline, data foundations and governance to put it into production and keep it there.

Today that discipline is aimed squarely at the agentic era. M2N.IO helps engineering leaders become agent-ready — diagnosing where agents will genuinely land, and levelling up their teams to run them. Building products and MVPs is still part of what we do; now it sits underneath the bigger job of making engineering orgs ready for what's next.

Our mission

To give engineering teams a clear, evidence-based path into the agentic era — not hype. That means an honest read on where they stand, a costed roadmap they can act on Monday morning, and the hands-on capability to build what the roadmap requires. The same disciplined delivery we honed in the enterprise, pointed at making agents stick.

Our approach

Three moves take a team from agent-curious to agent-ready — the same method behind the Agent Readiness Assessment.

Diagnose, with evidence

We measure how your team actually ships — from your own systems, not a survey — and benchmark it against recognised standards, so the starting point is real.

Pave the road

Every recommendation shows up where your engineers already work, removes steps instead of adding them, and is default-on. Adoption is designed in, not hoped for.

Level up the team

We hand over the capability — playbooks, evals and trust ladders — so the change sticks after we leave. Done means in use, not shipped.

Mabroor Ahmed

Founder

Mabroor is an engineering leader who has spent two decades delivering and securing software in large, high-stakes organisations — work spanning Sainsbury's, UK banking and the automotive sector (KIA, Hyundai).

He started M2N.IO on a simple bet: the same delivery discipline that ships software safely at enterprise scale is exactly what engineering teams need to adopt AI agents without the hype, the governance gaps, or the demos that quietly die in week three.

Today he works hands-on with engineering leaders — running Agent Readiness Assessments, designing the paved roads that make agents stick, and levelling up the teams who own them.

Our values

Evidence over hype

Scores come from your systems and recognised standards — never a vibe or a number nobody can interrogate.

Adoption over demos

A recommendation nobody follows is worth nothing. We measure whether the change is genuinely in use, not just shipped.

Enterprise discipline

Two decades shipping where downtime makes the news — security, governance and reliability are defaults, not add-ons.

Level up the team

We leave teams more capable than we found them: the playbooks and ownership stay in-house.
